Our Easy 90 Day No-Hassle Return Policy

Here's all you need to do!

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise for return within 90 days of the purchase date. The only exceptions being any item that in any way adheres to or sticks to your skin, any liquids, or edible products. If an item does not fall under one of these categories, you are more than welcome to try it on to see if it works for you, and return it as long as it shows no signs of wear.

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT attempt to return items that have been WORN or WASHED. If we receive an item that is dirty, stained, used, worn, washed, damaged, past the 90 day return limit, or not in resellable condition, it will be returned to you and we will charge you for the return shipping that is incurred.

You may return any item purchased at "LIST PRICE" for full refund or exchange within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. The refund amount will be for the list price of the product and will not include shipping charges. The item must be UNUSED/UNWORN, in the original packaging, and have all tags and materials intact and in resellable condition. Items that are returned and do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent insured using a traceable carrier such as UPS with delivery confirmation. Damages or losses that occur during return shipping are your responsibility.

Important note about exchanges: Although you are responsible for shipping charges incurred for sending the original item back to us, there will be NO SHIPPING CHARGE added when we ship your replacement item. If you request more than one exchange, we will need to charge shipping after the first exchange.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Due to increasing international shipping rates, we can no longer offer exchanges for orders outside of the United States. 

BODYWRAP RETURNS: Please DO NOT cut or tear bags open. They are easily opened at the top by means of a zipper type seal. Cut or torn packages may result in the return being refused.

SQUEEM RETURNS: Per the manufacturer's return policy, defective items can be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
