The Master Cleanse Diet
The Master Cleanse Detox diet was first developed by Stanley Burroughs in 1941. As with any weight loss program, the Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet has received both praise and criticism over the years.
Although the Master Cleanse recipe has been around for more than 60 years, the active ingredients remain the same. The 4 main ingredients are lemon juice, grade B maple syrup, cayenne pepper and water.
The Master Cleanse is a 2-4 day fast drinking the mixture throughout the day. Although the diet is recommended for a period of 2-4 days, it is not uncommon for people to stay on the cleanse longer. The mix can be taken cold, as a cordial, or hot, as a tea.
The problem with the original Master Cleanse diet was that it lacked proper nutrients.
Recognizing this drawback, BNG Enterprises developed a modern day version of the original Master Cleanse, but with the addition of powerful antioxidents and nutrients.
Along with the original lemon juice, grade B maple syrup & cayenne pepper, the updated Master Cleanse recipe also cotains Hoodia, Goji juice, Noni, Mangosteen & Acai juice.
In addition to the powerful antioxidents, the new recipe for the Master Cleanse also contains Beta Carotene and Vitamin C to provide the nutrients needed to safely and effectively lose unwanted pounds.
How effective is the Master Cleanse Detox Diet?
Recently, it's been called the Beyonce diet and for good reason. Beyonce followed the Master Cleanse diet for 10 days and lost 22 pounds just before shooting her role in Dream Girls.
Robin Quivers (cohost of The Howard Stern Show) lost an amazing 73 pounds with the Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet.
So, the question is, "are you willing to commit 2 days to losing serious weight"?
