I had ordered a medium and it was much too big but I ordered a small and it cinches my 31" waist perfectly!! I like that I can still breathe and move comfortably in it, and that the material is fairly thin seeing as though it holds me in so tightly. There are two rows of hooks and I'm on the last row so I can't wait until it's time to order a smaller one lol The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it does bunch a bit in the back so you have to be conscious of that and wear it right. I still love it though!

I have a coworker who has spent a couple hundred dollars on the one piece item that's so popular nowadays. After seeing her come to work looking like Mae West on steroids, I knew that wasn't for me. Besides, my problem area is just my midriff/waist/stomach. It's always the last place that shows results from exercise and weightloss. I order this on Friday and got it today (Wednesday). It's very comfortable, but I think I could have taken a chance and gone down a size. Since my waist/midriff are both 42" (I weigh 225 lbs at 5'2", blouses sz 16-18), I got the 4X. While it's snug and smooths out my silhouette, I could have gotten a 3X and worked my way into it. I've ordered a second one in that size and will keep the 4X as a back up to wear for lighter support. I will definitely invest in a smaller size each time there's noticeable progress. Hopefully my details will help others. Oh, and the rubber scent is fairly obvious, but I think that's due to being packaged for however long.

LOVE IT |

I heard how great they work and did some research. Purchased a similar product for more than twice the price does not work half as good as the squeem waist cincher. It gives me an hourglass shape instead of square and no muffin top. Had t-shirts in the closet for years that I would not wear, now I can wear them and look great. Refuse to leave home without it.

I CAN SAY THIS WAIST CINCHER IS THE BEST THING I HAVE BOUGHT! IT GIVES THE BODY A COKE BOTTLE SHAPE. MAKES YOUR HIPS LOOK GOOD, EVEN MAKES YOUR BUTT LOOK BIGGER. NO LOVE HANDLES, NO STOMACH! I LOOK GREAT IN ALL MY SHIRTS. IT USE TO IRRITATE MY SKIN TO WEAR IT, BUT I SOLVED THE PROBLEM BY PUTTING VASELINE AND THEN WEARING IT! NO SKIN IRRITATION AFTER THAT ! I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!

After moving from Florida where I was a size 0-1 back to my home state of Nebraska, I gained 25 pounds and I am now a curvy size 7. Unfortunately, I also gained inches on my once petite little waist. Since I am no fan of heavy diet or exercise, I decided to order this waist cincher in black to get my hourglass shape back. After only a few months, some of my old jeans fit me again but the best part is that my waist is just as small as it used to be before I gained all the weight. I was about 26 inches around before the waist cincher, and now I am 23 inches around the waist(even when I take the cincher off!!) Everyone is complimenting me asking if I lost weight and people are saying I have a body like Kim Kardashians...they will never know my secret!!! I can only imagine how many more inches I will lose once I start dieting and exercising!! :)
