I ordered the rubber cincher for myself and this product for my boyfriend.  He is so grateful.  He wears it all the time, and its enhanced his workouts because his posture and alignment are naturally corrected.  He's always been selfconscious of his chest, so he loves to wear it under his clothes too (and he looks great).
