and pull up. Voilá! The best part? The adhesive is sweat-proof and
water-proof but the area that goes over your nipple has no adhesive so
it doesn't hurt when you take it off!
Peel off backing on bottom section of tape.
Place on breast so that the non-adhesive middle section of tape covers the nipple area.
Peel off backing on top section of tape.
Lift breast up to desired position.
Firmly press top of tape into place.
