I haven't been using this for very long, but already, it shows great results. Coincidentally, I bought this cincher for only slimming my waist, while I actually happened to have some arising back problems.  This cincher has also corrected  my posture - my back feels SO much better.  Aside from that, it has been slimming me out so much.  It's really very great and comfortable.

I just gave birth and actually lost weight while I was pregnant. When I returned from the hospital and the water weight came off, it was a total of 22lbs. I still had a little baby belly going on. I found out about the Squeem while in the mall. I came home to do my research online.  I was sold since the first day I wore it.  Only downside is that it irritates the sides of my stomach.  Maybe I need to wipe it off (been wearing it so much, lol) I am going to get the nude one in a smaller size

After moving from Florida where I was a size 0-1 back to my home state of Nebraska, I gained 25 pounds and I am now a curvy size 7. Unfortunately, I also gained inches on my once petite little waist. Since I am no fan of heavy diet or exercise, I decided to order this waist cincher in black to get my hourglass shape back. After only a few months, some of my old jeans fit me again but the best part is that my waist is just as small as it used to be before I gained all the weight. I was about 26 inches around before the waist cincher, and now I am 23 inches around the waist(even when I take the cincher off!!) Everyone is complimenting me asking if I lost weight and people are saying I have a body like Kim Kardashians...they will never know my secret!!! I can only imagine how many more inches I will lose once I start dieting and exercising!! :)

I just orered one and it got here in good time but the sizing was way off. according to the chart I should have an X-small, but there is no way that is going on. I think I need at least a medium. I am returning the one I got for a medium and hope it fits.

I just got my waist cincher yesterday and I am in shock with the results. Before I put it on my waist was 31 inches and after I put it on my waist went down to 28 inches. I never though I would look this great. This really works!

I CAN SAY THIS WAIST CINCHER IS THE BEST THING I HAVE BOUGHT! IT GIVES THE BODY A COKE BOTTLE SHAPE. MAKES YOUR HIPS LOOK GOOD, EVEN MAKES YOUR BUTT LOOK BIGGER. NO LOVE HANDLES, NO STOMACH! I LOOK GREAT IN ALL MY SHIRTS. IT USE TO IRRITATE MY SKIN TO WEAR IT, BUT I SOLVED THE PROBLEM BY PUTTING VASELINE AND THEN WEARING IT! NO SKIN IRRITATION AFTER THAT ! I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!

I heard how great they work and did some research. Purchased a similar product for more than twice the price does not work half as good as the squeem waist cincher. It gives me an hourglass shape instead of square and no muffin top. Had t-shirts in the closet for years that I would not wear, now I can wear them and look great. Refuse to leave home without it.

I just got mine on yesterday. It has really improved my figure. My waist instanly went from a 30 to a 26. I have the perfect hourglass. The only thing is that my butt appears to have gained 2 inches. It looks great though. But it is detectable under tight fitting shirts. So you will have to dress accordingly.I love it.

Well what can I say?  The reviews are spot on.  I bought the firm compression all day wear cincher and it's just fab!  When I put it on I instantly lose inches all over my torso without compromising physical comfort.  The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it still scrunches up a little so I can't wear anything too slinky over it, but for everyday and corporate wear it is definately a staple wardrobe piece!

Ladies,
This is what you are looking for! It does not roll down or look bulky under your shirts. I am telling you that you will be very pleased with this item. The rubber underneath makes you sweat so the inches will fall off easily.
