Galapagos Boutique wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. Our goal is to form a lasting relationship based on your satisfaction and trust.
Our address can be found on the return form and packing slip that come with your order. Please fill out the return form and include it with your return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping but exchanges are shipped free of charge. If you misplace your return form and packing slip our return address is as follows:

The following applies to all products with the exception of thong style undergarments. For your safety, these items cannot be returned in accordance with Federal Health regulations.
Returns must be received within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. For refunds, the amount will be for the list price of the product and will NOT include shipping charges. Exchanges are shipped free of charge. The item must be UNWORN/UNWASHED with the original packaging. You are welcome to try on any item as you normally would when shopping. This is not considered worn. Items that are returned dirty, stained, damaged, worn, or past the 90 day limit will not be accepted.
Returns must be sent insured using a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Damages or losses that occur during return shipping are the responsibility of the shipper.
Please allow 7-10 days for receipt of returns. Once returns are received a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your return is processed. Due to individual banking policies, credits may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account. Although, the majority of credits appear within 1-3 days. Please understand that this is dependent upon your particular bank, and not controlled by Glamour411.com or Galapagos Boutique.
SQUEEM RETURNS: Per the manufacturer's return policy, defective items
can be returned for replacement within 30 days of purchase.
PAYING WITH A CHECK: If you are exchanging for a more expensive item and you would like to pay the difference with a check, please note that sending a personal check will delay the shipment of your exchange by 1-2 weeks. Money orders are preferred and will not delay shipment.
